These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and SC Power Global Trade SRL (VAT: RO36307490), registered in Romania, operating TravelMaster AI and the Marco AI concierge service at travelmasterai.com (“Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
TravelMaster AI provides an AI-powered travel concierge service (“Marco”) that delivers destination intelligence, travel advice, route planning, and related travel information across European countries.
The Service is powered by large language model technology provided by Anthropic (claude.ai API). Marco’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and constitute informational guidance only — not professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For Romanian users and EU B2C transactions, VAT is applied in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC and Romanian Tax Code.
Under Romanian law (OG 34/2014 implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
However, by starting your subscription and accessing the AI concierge service, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed within the 14-day period.
For the Explorer (free) plan, no withdrawal right applies as no payment is made.

All content, design, branding, and software comprising the Service is the intellectual property of SC Power Global Trade SRL. The name “Marco,” “TravelMaster AI,” and associated visual identity are proprietary.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of generating AI responses.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law and EU Regulation, SC Power Global Trade SRL shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sibiu, Romania, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users with 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
